Shipping

Most items ship within 1-5 business days, unless otherwise specified. We ship UPS and Common Carrier. Free shipping applies only to items shipped within the continental United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Europe will be charged shipping charges based on the carrier serving your region.

 

Returns and Refunds

Returns will be accepted up to 30 days after order of shipment for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Authorized returns in original packaging may be subject to restocking fees. Prior to return, a Return Authorization (RA) number must be given by customer service at (321)433-3630 or by emailing. Packages without an RA number will not be accepted. Return via FedEx / UPS Prepaid - Insurance is recommended.
